As a full-time mental health therapist for adolescents and adults, Lynne enjoys seeing the emotional benefits of Zumba® in addition to the physical benefits. "Many studies show the positive impact regular exercise can have on mood problems and stress." Lynne believes Zumba® makes it easier to stay consistent with exercise, and the music itself is fun and uplifting. "I love teaching the 7:30 class on Thursdays. It's a great way for me to relieve the stress of the week and re-energize for the weekend. No matter how tired I am, I always feel great after a class."
