Fall Fitness Challenge at Studio ZUMBA

September 8 - November 1
Studio ZUMBA has designed this program to promote team building through healthy competition. This is a great way to have fun, get to know others and also get into shape.   There is NO cost to participate - win FREE SZ punch cards, ZUMBA music CD's, SZ coffee mugs and AZ Fitness/Nutrition log books.  All members of your team do not need to be present to earn points for the team, however, you do earn extra points if all are present.  View/print the details!  SIGN UP TODAY!

	Meet the 7:30 PM ZUMBA Instructors at Studio ZUMBA At Studio ZUMBA, we know what it is like to be busy! Family, work, and other activities can keep you from getting the exercise you need to stay healthy and energized! If you have obligations throughout the day, make it a priority to take time for yourself before the end of the day by attending one of our evening classes. Here is an inside look at who our 7:30pm ZUMBA instructors are by day and what they do to make sure they get time away from their daily responsibilities to ZUMBA at night! Read More. . .
	KidZUMBA (& Me) w/Connie Wednesdays at 5:30 PM - starts September 3! Saturdays at 10:00 AM - starts September 6! Same great fun and energy as an adult ZUMBA class, but songs and movements are geared for kids.  One (1) parent may attend class with their child for FREE; additional parent would be at the regular price.  Suitable for ages 5 - 12 (This is a 45 minute class) "Hey, Mom!  Take me to Studio ZUMBA and YOU can do the class with me for free!"

	Feel the Beat!  Terry, the official Studio ZUMBA drummer, will be playing the drums LIVE the first Wednesday of every month at Doug & Joan's 5:30 PM ZUMBA class! No September class - next one will be Wednesday, October 1 at 5:30 PM. Cost is 1 punch on punch card plus $2 or $12 to drop in.
